DRIVERS have been warned of nightmare delays after a horror crash on the M4. The major motorway has been shut down in both directions near Bridgend. A broken down vehicle on the M4 Prince of Wales bridge eastbound has also sparked delays. Traffic monitoring system Inrix is warning of building traffic from Junction 36 A4061
